Service
Nobody compliments a clean restroom. Everybody notices a dirty one.
Your premises are a sales tool, whether you meant them to be or not
Every client who walks in reads the place before they read your proposal, and the restroom tells them more about how you run things than your website does. That's unfair, and it's also how it works.
So the work concentrates where it's judged: restrooms, kitchens, reception, and the surfaces dozens of hands touch every day.
Consistency is the whole product
A house can absorb a missed week. A workplace can't — it shows immediately, and it's your staff and your customers doing the looking.
That's why commercial work runs to a written specification rather than a general understanding. Agree what gets done daily, weekly, and monthly, and the standard becomes a document instead of somebody's opinion. We'd rather be held to a document.
The kinds of places we clean
Offices, treatment and consulting rooms, studios, small retail spaces, and shared-building common areas.
Working around your hours
Most commercial cleaning happens before you open or after you close. Where a place has to stay open, we work around the people in it and keep the noisy jobs away from anywhere customer-facing.
Access is the thing to settle first, not on the night. Keys, fobs, alarm codes, and who to call after hours all need agreeing before the first visit.
Tell us up front about anything with its own rules: server rooms, medical waste, confidential paperwork, or areas your insurer wants left alone.
