You're choosing between cleaning companies on a phone, and the honest problem with us is obvious: we opened this year. No reviews, no history, nothing to check.
Except there is. The family running Micro Maids also runs Brooms Over Broome and Swept Away, both cleaning companies here in Upstate New York. Go and look them up — that's the point of saying it. What you're getting is a new team working to a way of doing things that was already worked out somewhere else.
So the company is new. The cleaning isn't.
We're based in Clay, with a facility going up now. From there we cover Syracuse, Liverpool, Cicero, Baldwinsville, and North Syracuse.
Just outside that list? Ask anyway. You'll get a straight answer about whether we can reach you, not a maybe.
We'd rather be accurate than fast. That means a few questions about your place before you get a number — bedrooms, bathrooms, how often, anything unusual.
If a job turns out bigger than it looked, you hear about it before the price changes, not after. And if something you've asked for isn't worth doing, or isn't something we do, we'll tell you that too. Talking someone out of the wrong service is cheaper for everyone than doing it badly.
Reviews, star ratings, and customer counts. We haven't earned them yet, and borrowing our sister companies' would be lying to you on the first page we ever showed you.
